When you comprehend God’s love for you, it becomes one of the most profound truths you’ll ever know with certainty. In these challenging times, it’s crucial to walk with this understanding of His immense love for us, especially as we navigate through various tasks and life’s situations.
As the first month of our Lord’s year, 2021, swiftly passes us by, numerous events demand our attention and emotions. Not every day is filled with sunshine, and not all news is positive. Life presents us with rough patches, and we may encounter hurt, anxiety, and even fear. Sometimes, we might feel unfairly judged or not treated as we deserve. If we’re not careful, we could develop feelings of betrayal or loneliness.
However, amidst these challenges, the challenge of obedience arises. Yet, God’s words remain steadfast.
The Bible advises us to leave our cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord. Our God possesses boundless grace that will strengthen us. As the psalmist says, “Cast thy burdens upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” (Psalm 55:22)
Let grace be grace!
We must relinquish our current circumstances and future dreams into the hands of God. But trust me, it’s not an easy task. Why? Because our fears, anxieties, and silent brokenness can work against us. These feelings of instability can manifest into protective walls built brick by brick, establishing a foothold in our hearts. I’ve personally witnessed how this type of surface breeds doubt and negativity.
Let grace be grace!
However, the good news is that we have a choice. We can trust God! Allow the grace of God and His truth to envelop us. In this exchange of giving, we’ll witness God’s unwavering faithfulness. His promises are real, and His word is irreplaceable. Why not entrust Him with our circumstances? Sometimes, we may have to endure difficult situations for a while, but God is ever-present. His grace is always sufficient for us.
In the act of giving, trusting, and loving, let’s watch God!
