What a year 2020 has been! From a global pandemic, toilet paper crisis, and everything in between, it’s easy for us not to give 2020 a second thought as we find ourselves starting a new year. While we’ve had a chance to slow down, rediscover hobbies and spend more time with loved ones, it goes without saying 2020 has been full of unexpected challenges and hardships too.
At Say Your Name! Inc., our hearts continue to be with everyone who has been affected by COVID-19.
Today, our prayers turn to those who have suffered from the virus directly or lost a loved one. We understand that your suffering is real, and nothing short of God’s love, grace, and mercy will see you through. We also remember and thank those who stand on the front-lines to keep all of us from being overtaken physically and emotionally – from doctors and nurses to grocery store clerks; our sincere gratitude is our debt to you.
Yet, despite everything, the resilience, compassion, and commitment to others, we have seen demonstrated repeatedly, inspire us and give us hope for the new year—a BRIGHTER tomorrow. While the lure of a new beginning without a thought to the past is hard to resist, I encourage each of you to take a moment and reflect on all we have achieved and learned both individually and collectively.
In retrospect, 2020 has taught us that no matter what obstacle is placed in front of us, we can tackle it TOGETHER and come out STRONGER because of it. I hope you’ll take this newfound CONFIDENCE into the new year and join me as we continue on our journey to redefine what is possible in life for men and women alike and as we journey to become the best version of ourselves.
